Madrid-based BlackMouth Studio is launching their web3 Battle Royale, Domenation, in 2024. Leveraging community creativity and a partnership with PlayMakers, the game aims to revolutionize web3 gaming with unique survival mechanics.

Another day, another studio embracing community involvement in game development. Madrid-based studio BlackMouth is set to launch their Battle Royale in 2024, banking on their community’s creativity to make a significant impact on the game’s launch.

Domenation is a Web3 shooter where up to 42 players battle each other in a futuristic world. The game’s standout feature is its core mechanic: players must seek refuge in periodically appearing Domes to survive the deadly pulse that sweeps the map every few minutes. As the game progresses, fewer Domes appear, leading to intense combat until the final showdown in a single Dome.
With its AAA graphics and mechanics, it is set to become a best-in-class example of web3 gaming’s potential.

Blackmouth Games is committed to transforming the gaming landscape by prioritizing player empowerment and authentic ownership within the digital realm. This commitment led them to harness NFT technology, offering players exclusive in-game assets such as character skins, weapons, customization items, and beyond. These assets evolve alongside each player’s journey, resulting in distinct individual builds.

This vision is also what pushed the studio to include User-generated-Content as a pillar of their growth strategy.
